Sara Grkovic, 22, and her twin Dajana (left) lived together with their mother in the northern Croatian port city of Rijeka. But police were called after hearing a violent row that ended with Sara (right) plunging a kitchen knife into her twin sister leaving her critically injured and fighting for her life. The fight was over a man Dajana had recently started dating whom both girls liked. Dajana is in intensive care at the hospital, but in stable condition.
